Casa Rosa is a fully restored and beautifully equipped little farmhouse, standing in almost eight acres of the beautiful Le Marche region.
The glorious beaches of the Adriatic are less than 20km to the east; the ski slopes of the famous Sibillini Mountains and the region’s stunning national park lie 30km to the west.
The house has been renovated and modernised to a high standard to provide comfortable, spacious accommodation.

Inside there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and a utility room. Outside is a large roofed terrace area perfect for outdoor eating.
The setting, in central Italy’s most panoramic landscape, is one of total tranquillity and breathtaking rural beauty: the house has its own olive grove, vineyard, meadows and woodland, to which the distant mountains form a dramatic backdrop.
